The core objectives are to place highly skilled individuals in a timely manner and achieve the quarterly placement quota. The Recruiter will provide direct support to the Director of Sales Staffing and Sales Management, and will at all times make decisions based on PTC's recruiting guidelines, ethics, and staffing objectives. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Achieve a quarterly placement quota of sales representatives, application engineers and managers primarily through direct sourcing, referral solicitation, Internet postings and searches, and internal referrals. 2. Able to identify hiring trends and focus on core objectives. Develop effective and timely recruitment strategies for personal improvement.
